Her work is known for being pragmatic, deeply informed, and grounded in both research and lived experience. Su brings a uniquely comprehensive leadership background. Before founding her consulting practice, she served as the Vice President of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she led enterprise‑wide strategies across recruiting, performance management, leadership development, and associate engagement.
