The Whole Leader: Navigating Work, Health, and Life's Hard Moments
Thursday, April 30
Astellas Life Sciences Center | Cambridge
5:00 - 7:30 pm
Join The Boston Club and Astellas for an engaging evening focused on women’s health, well-being, and leadership in the face of life’s inevitable challenges. This event will feature a keynote address, followed by a candid panel discussion with accomplished women leaders who have navigated both personal and professional periods of uncertainty and change while continuing to lead and thrive.
The conversation will explore how women sustain leadership through life challenges such as health (including pregnancy, menopause, and medical issues), parenthood, caregiving for aging parents, relationship shifts, career pivots, work demands, and the pressures of balancing performance with well-being. These may be planned or unplanned transitions, but they are realities women face while building meaningful careers.
Panelists will share practical insights on resilience, self-awareness, time management, and leading with authenticity in a fast-paced workplace. Attendees will gain insights, perspective, and encouragement from leaders who have navigated change with purpose and impact. More details on our panelists are coming soon.
The evening will conclude with extended networking over drinks and appetizers, offering time to connect with peers in a supportive, inclusive community.
