12 - 1 PM via Teams
The Boston Club is excited to offer a three-part series, Neural Wellbeing and Performance, presented by TBC Board member Åsa Fanelli in partnership with the Institute for Organizational Science and Mindfulness (IOSM). This series is designed to help you develop resilience, sharpen your focus, and lead with compassion through neuroscience-based practices. These interactive one-hour workshops offer practical tools to manage stress, reclaim attention, and foster connection for greater well-being and performance. In today’s fast-paced, constantly changing world, professional women face unique challenges to their well-being and performance. Grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness-based neural training, this three-part series offers practical tools to strengthen resilience, sharpen focus, and cultivate compassionate leadership. Together, we will explore how to manage stress and prevent burnout, reclaim attention and adaptability in a distracted world, and build the foundations of connection and belonging in the workplace. Each session combines science, practice, and connection to support both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.
In the first session, we’ll explore the neuroscience of stress and burnout—what happens in the brain and body, and why it’s so challenging in times of rapid change. You’ll learn practical neural training tools to regulate the nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, and cultivate self-compassion practices that calm the inner critic and restore balance.
