A cornerstone of The Boston Club is our Peer Mentoring Program, which runs from October to May, pairing members for monthly one-on-one conversations designed to help the mentee achieve a specific goal. Keep in mind you can apply to be a mentee OR a mentor! These connections often lead to deep, lasting relationships while offering space to explore meaningful topics—from career shifts and entrepreneurial ventures to leadership growth and life balance.

 

A Mentorship Circle is a small, trusted group of peers (up to 10 members) who come together for honest conversations, shared learning, and mutual support. Through guided discussions, it’s a space to pause, reflect, and grow alongside others who are equally committed to their personal and professional development. Meeting monthly from October through March, this fall’s focus will be on Navigating Transitions.
