Jennifer Buras, Senior Partner, Essex Partners, is a skilled Executive Coach and Career Consultant at Essex Partners, a division of Keystone Partners that exclusively serves the career management needs of senior executives. As a former “Top 5” retained executive search professional, Jennifer has extensive market knowledge and experience in the field of executive assessment and talent management, having advised corporate clients seeking senior executives. Jennifer is a Board Director of North Shore Bank where she chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit and Security Committees. She is also currently the Board Chair of the YMCA of the North Shore.
Mike Jeans is an experienced CEO, board director, and executive coach. His boardroom experience includes the insurance, start-up technology, and nonprofit sectors. He is a Director of AMICA Mutual Insurance Company where he chairs the Audit Committee, serves on the Investment Committee, and is past Chair of the Compensation Committee. He is also a former Director of Roxy.com, Inc, an internet start-up. Mike holds an Executive Masters Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors (“ACCD”), now part of Corporate Board Member.
