Through our partnership with NACDNE, we are offering our members FREE registration for this event! The National Association of Corporate Directors, Chapters from New England and Philadelphia, are co-leading the program on the upcoming proxy season. This panel will focus on key issues for companies and boards in the upcoming Proxy Season.
