TBC at 50: Who we are, then and now
Wednesday, April 15
12 - 1:15 pm ET via Zoom
What does it really mean to lead with values — especially when it's hard?
Join an honest, inspiring conversation about the values that define TBC: inclusion, connection, and impact. Beyond words on a page, as living commitments that are tested, stretched, and renewed through real leadership.
Three past TBC presidents will share candid reflections on how they championed these values while in office — navigating adversity, uncertainty, and division with integrity. Their stories are a testament to equity and social justice, to how women leaders grow, adapt, and rise, even when the path is far from clear.
We'll also share insights from TBC's Calling in our Values (CIOV) membership survey, showing how we are living our values right now. Every member will receive a results summary after the event.
For members only: Haven't completed the CIOV survey yet? Take a few minutes to add your voice HERE.
Beyond just a program, this event is a reminder of why we show up for each other. It is about adapting with integrity. And it's about our voices - whether loud or quiet - to uplift, support, and advance all women.
This event is open to members and former members. Members must log in to the member portal to register. If you are a former member, please send an email to events@thebostonclub.com to add your name to the registration list. Thank you.
Come ready to reflect, connect, and be inspired.
